How long does an order take?
It depends on the item, quantity and decoration method. Tell us your deadline and we will tell you if it is realistic before you commit.
What artwork file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF) gives the cleanest result for logos and text. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we will tell you if it needs to be redrawn.
Do I see a proof before it's produced?
Yes. We send a proof showing your logo placement and colors before anything goes into production.
